I have the Q in the morning at Johnson Park.  It’s looking like it is going to be about 40 degrees in the morning, so it should be a nice morning for a workout.  No coupons required.  Come and join me by HC’ing below or just show up.

Warm-O-Rama

-20 side straddle hops in cadence

-10 count stretch down to the toes

-Spread the legs and a 10 count stretch to the right, left, and middle

-10 count standing groin stetch

-15 merkins

-10 Mountain hops-Single count-Like a mountain climber, but both feet go forward and back at the same time.

-10 slow squats

The Thang

-Cones were placed about 20 yards apart.  The pax started at one cone and bear crawled to the next cone and did 1 merkin.  They then bear crawled back and did 2 merkins, and so on until they finished with 10 merkins.

-One mosey lap around the parking lot.

– The pax started at one cone and crab walked to the next cone and did 5 mountain hops (4 count).  They then crab walked back and did 6 mountain hops (4 count), and so on until they finished with 14 mountain hops (4 count).

-One mosey lap around the parking lot.

– The pax started at one cone and lunged to the next cone and did 11 slow squats.  They then lunged back and did 12 slow squats, and so on until they finished with 20 slow squats.

– One mosey lap around the parking lot.
