WARM-o-RAMA
Pax were instructed to run one mile and then go back and pick up the 6. The three fastest pax ignored the instruction and attempted to run a second mile to lap the six. The QIC and one better-listening pax had to go back pick up the 6 for those who tried to run a second mile.

THE THANG
Today is 3/11 so YHC put on some sweet tunes by the very underrated band 311 and we got to work on an AMRAP workout.

We had five exercises to do:

  • Uneven coupon merkins
  • Big Boy Situps
  • Coupon Curls
  • Coupon Squats
  • Flutter Kicks

The PAX were instructed to AMRAP each one of these. When they got too tired to continue, they had to do 10 SSH (4ct) and then proceed to the next exercise.

We did this until 6:00 when the QIC cut the Thang short so we could practice picking up the 6.

MARY
To atone for past mistakes, the PAX all did another 1 mile run. YHC is happy to report that all PAX did a great job of picking up the 6 and the very tired group all completed the run together.
