Disclaimer: This is a free, volunteer, peer-led workout. I am not a professional. I have no knowledge of any injuries or fitness considerations. It is each person’s responsibility to be safe and modify exercises if you need to. The most important thing is that you don’t get hurt, and that you finish. Remember, the workout should be you vs you.

YHC recited the Mission of F3 to the Pax: The Mission of F3 is to plant, grow, and serve, small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership
Workout was a POAS workout with stops for a variety of ab focused exercises along the way. At each stop, YHC would ask one PAX what the mission of F3 was. If they got it right, we moved on. If they got it wrong everyone did burpees. The number of burpees incremented for each wrong answer, and some of the Pax enjoy burpees so many answers were given.
Overall, we covered 3.2 miles while getting our work in. YHC favorite part was when Basic Bro and Gravy were leading the Pax in reciting the mission while running.
Workout ran 2 minutes late, no Mary.

John Calvin wrote, “We undertake all things as if we were establishing immortality for ourselves on earth. If we see a dead body, we may philosophize briefly about the fleeting nature of life, but the moment we turn away from the sight the thought of our own perpetuity remains fixed in our minds.”
