I have the Q in the morning at The Tulip (Centennial Park).  It looks like nobody wanted the Q at The Zoo because everyone is planning on heading out to Holland for a good old fashioned “Less” beat down.  So, let’s see all those HC’s.  Coupons required

Warm-O-Rama

-10 count stretch down to the toes

-Spread the legs and a 10 count stretch to the right, left, and middle

-10 count standing groin stetch

-10 forward arm circles in cadence into 10 backward arm circles in cadence into 15 overhead claps in cadence into 15 seal claps in cadence

-10 side straddle hops in cadence

The Thang

-This beat down occurred around the perimeter of the park.  The pax started at one corner and carried their coupon overhead to the next corner.  Along the way if someone could no longer hold the coupon above their head, everyone would set their coupon down and do five burpees.  They would then resume the overhead coupon carry until they would either get to the next corner or have to do 5 more burpees.  This was the routine for moving between each corner.  At the first corner the pax did 10 side straddle hops (4 count).  At the second corner the pax did 10 coupon squat thrusters (4 count with 1,2,3 on the way down, and the pax counts 1 on the way up).  At the third corner the pax did 10 mountain climbers (4 count).  At the final corner the pax did 10 merkins (4 count with 1,2,3 on the way down, and the pax counts 1 on the way up).

-The second time around the pax moseyed around the perimeter with the coupons stopping at the corners to do exercises.  At the first corner the pax did 12 side straddle hops (4 count).  At the second corner the pax did 12 coupon squat thrusters (4 count with 1,2,3 on the way down, and the pax counts 1 on the way up).  At the third corner the pax did 12 mountain climbers (4 count).  At the final corner the pax did 12 merkins (4 count with 1,2,3 on the way down, and the pax counts 1 on the way up).

-The third time around the pax repeated the sequence for the first time around the perimeter stopping to do exercises at each corner.  At the first corner the pax did 14 side straddle hops (4 count).  At the second corner the pax did 14 coupon squat thrusters (4 count with 1,2,3 on the way down, and the pax counts 1 on the way up).  At the third corner the pax did 14 mountain climbers (4 count).  At the final corner the pax did 14 merkins (4 count with 1,2,3 on the way down, and the pax counts 1 on the way up).

– The fourth time around the pax moseyed around the perimeter with the coupons stopping at the corners to do exercises.  At the first corner the pax did 16 side straddle hops (4 count).  At the second corner the pax did 16 coupon squat thrusters (4 count with 1,2,3 on the way down, and the pax counts 1 on the way up).  At the third corner the pax did 16 mountain climbers (4 count).  At the final corner the pax did 16 merkins (4 count with 1,2,3 on the way down, and the pax counts 1 on the way up).
