We did a circuit of 5 AMRAP exercises with motivators and running in-between. The 5 exercises were unbalanced coupon merkins, BBS, coupon curls, squats, and coupon high pulls.
Each pax did the first exercise until failure, then did motivators from 5, and then ran a lap. After the lap, the pax moved on to the second exercise and repeated. Each pax completed the circuit and made it to squats on the second time through.
We did the Hurricane Hoe-down from 5 while the pax all took turns counting cadence.
