WARM-o-RAMA – Standing star-fish crunch stretches (IC), Arm Circles, SSH. “Follow Me” to the GRCC Parking Ramp.
THE THANG – Started with “a lap” so no one got lost. PAX proceeded to do each of the following workouts, with “a lap” in the Ramp between each new workout. All OYO. 30 Burpees, 40 Incline Merkins, 50 Dips, 60 Derkins, 70 Step-Ups (or Box Jumps), 80 Squats. A few PAX completed it all and started (or completed) an additional 30 Burpees.
PAX wrapped up the thang with 25 Burpees, IC – led by Less!!
MARY – 15 (4-count) American Hammers; 15 WWII Sit-Ups. Jogged back to AO
