-Spread the legs 10 count stretch to the left, right, and middle
-10 count hurdlers stretch to the left and right
-10 count calf stretch each leg
-10 count standing groin stretch
-10 slow merkins in cadence
-The pax ran along the trail stopping to do exercises along the way. At the first stop the pax did the following exercises continuously:
- 5 slow merkins in cadence
- 5 Catalina Wine Mixers
- 5 mountain climbers in cadence
- 5 mountain hops in cadence
-At each additional stop the pax did the same four exercised but added one rep each time until the last stop when they did 10 reps of each.
Thanks to Ralphie the pax got out of their comfort zone and learned a new trail.
