The Pax went on a mosey through the park while stopping at stations to do 10 BBS, 10 Merkins, and 10 Squats. Once we noticed Soft Spot arriving, we headed back to the AO.
The Thang
YHC set up 8 cones along the length of the Ideal Park running path. We used these to do a ladder beat down. We did the exercise at the first, then ran to the second and back to the first, then ran out to the third, second, and first, stopping to do the exercises at each cone on the way back. Run out, work back.
Cone 1: 1 burpee
Cone 2: 10 BBS
Cone 3: 20 Merkins
Cone 4: 30 Squats
Cone 5: 40 SSH (2 ct)
Cone 6: 30 Squats
Cone 7: 20 Merkins
Cone 8: 10 BBS
Yard Sale Completed the entire ladder while everyone else made it through 7 full rungs.
It was 6:10 when we finished, so no time for Mary.
