Mosey to the GRCC parking lot
THE THANG
We started at the top of the parking lot completing a Route 66 running down the parking ramp. We stopped at each corner of the structure completing exercises. 1 then 2 then 3, up to 11; completing a total of 66 reps. The first time down we did squats. On the way up we did merkins. On the way down again, we did dips. The final trip up we did calf raises. With some time to burn we ran down the stairs and cut across the courtyard and ran back up the stairs. We moseyed back to the starting point. We reached the final hill. For the first trip up the hill, we walked backwards and then returned back to the bottom of the hill. We then lunged back up the hill again and ended the beat down.
