We decided to crowd-source the beatdown this morning. Each PAX would take turns calling out an exercise. That PAX would lead the group in 10 of their chosen exercise, and then we would mosey around the far side of the parking lot and back. When each PAX returned to the pavilion they would continue to do the exercise until everyone finished the run. Then we would do 10 more of the exercise together.
Each PAX chose two exercises so we completed eight rounds
We did: Merkins (Hoffa), Jump Squats (Keto), Picnic Table Dips (Bear Hug), Flutter Kicks (Anastasia), Mountain Climbers (Hoffa), Plank Jacks (Keto), Bench Step-ups (Bear Hug), and Cross Body Crunches (Anastasia).
We went for a run around the block (.85 miles)
All together we ran about 2.5 miles and completed 8 rounds of exercises.
