Warm-O-Rama

-10 count standing groin stretch

-10 count calf stretch each leg

-10 merkins

The Thang

-One pax would carry the coupons above the head while the other pax bear crawled, and then they would switch after a little while until they got to the crossing east of the main parking lot.  Along the way they did 5 burpees.

-The pax then left the coupon at the crossing and moseyed back to the AO and back to the crossing and then did 10 merkins.  The pax then found a large rock by the crossing that was close the weight of a coupon.

-From there the pax walked with the coupon and the rock overhead stopping to do 5 burpees every time one of the pax could no longer hold the coupon or rock overhead.  This was done until the pax got to the top of the hill by the bench.

-The pax then moseyed back to the AO and then back to the top of the hill and did 10 merkins.

-From there the pax walked with the coupon and the rock overhead stopping to do 5 burpees every time one of the pax could no longer hold the coupon or rock overhead.  This was done until the pax got back to the crossing.

-From there the pax finished by moseying back to the AO with the coupon.
