Pax grabbed their coupons and headed to the fountain at the center of the park where YHC explained the plan.
There are 4 pathways that meet at the center of the park and go out to each corner of the park (like a giant X). On each pathway YHC had placed 1-2 sandbags of varying weights. Pax were partnered up and told to work as a team to move the sandbag in a specific way to the end of the pathway, complete a number exercises as a team, and the bring the sandbag back to the center in the same manner.
Sandbag Movements and Exercises:
NW Path: 25# Sandbag Farmer Carry > 10 Squats
NE Path: 60# Sandbag Overhead Carry > 10 BBS
SE Path: 80# Sandbag Open Carry (any way you want) > 10 Merkins
SW Path: 50# Sandbag Clean and Toss > 10 SSH
When all teams returned to the center, a die was rolled and YHC called out coupon exercises that were completed IC and then the pax rotated clockwise around the fountain to the next path. After each complete rotation the number of reps at the end of each path was in demented by 5.
