  • Stretches
  • IC: Arm Circles – forward x10, Arm Circles – backward x10, Overhead Claps x10, Seal Claps x10
  • IC: Side Straddle Hops x20


Evolution #1

Starting at the mural to the right of the bottom of the Stairs, on your own (OYO)…

  • Merkins x50
  • Up the stairs
  • LBCs (4-ct) x50
  • Down the stairs
  • Rinse and repeat 3x, but finishing at the top

Evolution #2

Mosey to Lookout Park, and around/down to the bottom of the hill

  • OYO, up the hill: Bear Crawl x10 paces then halt in place for Mountain Climbers (4-ct) x10
  • Rinse and repeat until you get to the top of the hill
  • *For time, we modified by cutting the Mountain Climbers to x5


  • Prompted by the Q during Warm-a-Rama, Pax shared their own ideas for a social night out with friends, not realizing that I was setting them up to essentially use their ideas as the foundation for how easy hosting a HDHH can be, which we hope will resume sooner than later.
