COT:
YHC shared the story of Cassius Clay vs Son y Liston 1.  In this boxing match Cassius Clay, who later changed his name to Muhammad Ali, was a 5-1 underdog.  He defeated the reigning champ in the seventh round.  He won by doing the simplest thing: answering the bell.  He didn’t want to continue, and nor did Sonny Liston, but after round six there was one difference – he stood up and Sonny did not.  YHC believes that life is “fought” in rounds and that you always need to answer the bell.  You can win rounds, and you can lose them, but if you don’t get up to fight you are always giving up.
