The THANG: Bear crawl up the hill, move a few paces to the left, crawl bear down, repeat until hands are soaking wet and cold, proceeding around the corner.
On the last set, Pax went twice, with ten rapid merkins at the bottom between crawls.
Pax moseyed to the X and performed a reverse 10×20: 10 squats, 20 pace backwards crabwalk up the asphalt. Total squats was 100. Pax moseyed to the stairs and crawlbeared down, and finished at the AO with 20 BBSs.
