We started off with some stretches.
- Cherry Pickers with a back clap x10
- LRC hold for 10sec hold
- Calf Stretch 10sec hold
We then set off. YHC did not have a preplanned route, but kept an open mind for traffic signals and opportunities to add some pain.
We stopped under a bridge for some 20 dips. Then continued on. Every little bit we would hold plank or Al Gore for the Six. As we were downtown we found a nice spot for 20 incline Merkins and another spot for 20 squats. There was a nice sidewalk spacing for a down and back sprint. That kept the heart rate up as we met up with the Six and started back to the AO.
The route took us up hill and made some good work to the end.
We got back to the AO in time for the CoT.
Roughly 3.0-3.5 miles were covered. YHC found his watch paused a few minutes in and lost some tracking.
