Pre-Blast: I have the Q at GRCC tomorrow. It is a you vs you challenge. I am posting the workout here, so you can call your shot before you post tomorrow. You will run one lap and do 5 burpees; AMRAP for 40 min. 5 laps equals one mile. Where are my HC’s? Please post your goal with your HC. My goal is 10 laps with a ruck.
