The Thang

-The pax ran along the trail.  Along the way the Q stopped and picked a different pax each time to select and lead an exercise of their choice of at least 20 reps.  The exercises and pax who led them were as followed:

  1. Ralphie-20 merkins
  2. Crotch Rocket-20 squats
  3. Bald Eagle-20 Froggie Situps (can’t remember if that is the correct name)
  4. BasicBro-25 shoulder taps in cadence
  5. Less-20 twizzlers in cadence
