The Thang
The workout was based around 5 exercises–uneven coupon merkins, BBS, coupon curls, squats, and 4 count mountain climbers.
Each pax did 50 of the first exercise, then 5 burpees, then motivators from 5, then ran a mosey lap. Continue until you’ve done the full circuit with burpees, motivators, and a mosey between each exercise set.
For the second time through we reduced the number of each exercise to 25.
All finished one complete circuit while many made it halfway through the second circuit.
Mary
We split in to two groups. The first group did a coupon carry around the outside of the parking lot while the other group held plank. Switch and repeat.
