The Thang
The Pax formed a line and began to run laps around the church parking lot. The pax in the front peeled off to do a set of exercises and then ran to catch up to the back of the line. We set a moderate pace because the goal was to keep moving the entire time. This lasted about 15 minutes. The exercises were 15 merkins, 15 squats, 15 BBS, 15 lunges, and 5 burpees. All Pax did a great job of keeping moving the entire time.
Forrest then led us in a set of Motivators from 10.

We did a modified Hurricane Hoe-down with each pax taking a turn on the count.
We finished up with 38 BBS to celebrate YHC’s 38th birthday. There was extensive mumblechatter as we passed 20, 25, and 30 with no sign of stopping.
