We have a lot of plans and not a lot of time so show up ready to GET AFTER IT. Coupons required but easily modified out. Holiday Beereteria afterwards! Let’s see those HCs!

This has taken so long to post because YHC (Snoop) has been sitting on it and not completing it. Sorry for being lazy.

Snoop Beatdown #1
Before moving the Q’s told the PAX that we had a 60# sandbag and it would go everywhere with us this morning. 

YHC set up cones in the parking lot in a square and had 2 dice (1 6-sided dice and 1 20-sided dice). We would run the cones, stopping at each and roll both dice and it would decide what exercise we would complete (6-sided dice) and how many reps (20-sided dice)

1. Merkins
2. Lunges
3.American Hammers
4. Mtn Climbers
5. BBS
6. Burpees

We rolled burpees 3 times and had to do a crap ton of them.

Kraut Beatdown #1
Grab the 80# Sandbag and Mosey to the Hill

Uphill Wheelbarrow Merkins:
Partner up. Pax 1 holds the feet of Pax 2, who takes 5 “steps” up the hill, then does 5 Merkins. Repeat until Pax 2 can’t go any further and the flap jack. After each Pax has gone one time, take a break by doing 5 burpees. Rinse and Repeat

Downhill lunge walk to the base of the hill

Snoop Beatdown #2

Moseyed to a second spot set up with cones in the grass. There were three lines, starting line, 10 yards out, and 30 yards out. PAX partnered up and were to complete 30 burpees and 30 merkins, but the catch was you could only do 5 reps each time you reached the 30 yard cone. 1 Pax would run to the 30 yard cone and complete 5 reps and run back stopping at the 10 yard cone to army crawl the last 10 yards. While you were waiting for your partner to switch out, you were doing SSH.

The ground was very wet, and everybody complained.

Kraut Beatdown #2
Grab the 80# sandbag, mosey to the pavilion/playground, and grab a new partner.

DORA – 100 Dips, 100 Step Ups, 100 Flutter Kicks. Pax 1 does work while Pax 2 runs to the playground, goes up the playset, and down one of the slides. Flap jack then rinse and repeat until the Q calls time

Snoop Beatdown #3

Suprise, YHC set up cones again for this section. 2 lines were set up with about 40 yards distance between them. The PAX would run between the cones stopping at each side to complete 10 reps of an exercise. YHC had a whistle and whenever it was blown the PAX were to complete a burpee and then continue where they left off. The PAX just kept moving and switched exercises when Snoop called out a new exercise.

YHC was on a whistle power trip at one point and blew the whistle 3 times in a span of 10 seconds. Mumblechatter ensused.
