Backblast # 725 – To the Hills

Pre-Blast: We'll be heading to the hilly loop with exercises at the peaks of the hills. (Received 0 HC's due to all of the regular pax being DR)

YHC showed up curious if any pax would show as no HC’s (or SC’s) had been given on Slack (summer travel, family health issues, & transitioning beyond Covid have increased the number of DR pax).

With no pax in the parking lot, YHC was making the decision of running the loop solo or heading back to the fartsack when that decision was made for him as Crotch Rocket and Guitar Hero screeched in 5 minutes late.

We started with some stretching, followed by SSH’s & Hillbillies to get loosened up. We then hit the trail where we completed several sets of merkins, squats, and lunges. We dove off the trail at the path through the woods and after a stump-kicking-stumble over a sapling, we moseyed to the picnic area to complete step-ups & dips. We finished the workout with LBC’s, Flutter Kicks, and Crunchy Frogs.

  • Guitar Hero is headed to WA for 6 weeks to spend time with family.
  • Crotch Rocket has a motorcycle cruise up to Mackinac and will be DR for the weekend.
