The Thang

Today’s thang was a partner Dora.  One partner worked on the exercises while the other partner ran a lap around the parking lot.  The exercises were:

  • 100 unbalanced coupon merkins
  • 200 calf raises
  • 300 squats
  • 200 BBS
  • 100 coupon curls


We all planked for several minutes while taking turns doing burpees
