-Stretch to the toes, right over left, and left over right-10 count

-Willie Mayes Hayes-10 in cadence

-Calf stretch each leg-10 count

-Should stretch, arm across body-each arm-10 count

-20 side straddle hops in cadence

-10 merkins in cadence

The Thang

-The pax all started at the start line and bear crawled 2 cones and did 2 big boy situps, moseyed 2 more cones and did 2 log saws in cadence, which were chillcut planks where you shift side to side (these actually had many fun names, as you can see by the title of the backblast).  They then crab walked back 2 cones and did 2 superman’s in cadence and then moseyed two more cones back to the start where they did 2 American Hammers in cadence.  The pax repeated this sequence adding 2 reps each time until they got to 20 reps.  The first 3 sequences of this they went 2 cones at a time.  After that the Q switched it to 1 cone at a time in order to finish the entire ladder up to 20.


-Circle of Doom-The pax made it to 101 merkins
