The Thang

  1. Curl x10 Incline Merkin x10 (3x)

       Mosey down the road to the 2nd stop sign.

  1. Jump Squats x10 run to the corner Calf Raises x10 run to the top of the hill, squats x10 (4x)

PAX did the first set together then rinse and repeat OYO 3 more sets. Once complete PAX held plank for 30+ seconds before joining the SIX.  PAX completed the last set of Squats with the SIX.
