Warm-O-Rama

-Stretch to toes-10 count

-Spread the legs and stretch to the left, right, and middle-10 count each

-10 Willie Mays Hayes in cadence

-10 squats-Hold at the bottom for 5 seconds on each squat

The Thang

-Cones were set up with one cone being in the middle of the field at one endzone.  There were cones setup straight to each side against each fence, and two cones set up at angles ahead of the middle cone at about 25 yards.  The pax started by carrying the coupons overhead to the first cone on the side by the fence and did 20 one leg calf raises for each leg on the coupon.  They then carried the coupon overhead back to the middle where they did 10 squat thrusters with the coupon.  They then did murder bunnies to the next cone and did 30 straight leg dead lifts with the coupon.  They then carried the coupon back to the middle cone and did 10 squat thrusters with the coupon.  They then did murder bunnies to the next cone and did 20 coupons squats with the coupon held behind the shoulders.  They then carried the coupon back to the middle cone and did 10 squat thrusters with the coupon.  They then carried the coupons overhead to the final cone next to the other fence and did 25 reverse calf raises (Heals on the coupons and raising the toes).  They then carried the coupon overhead back to the middle where they did 10 squat thrusters with the coupon.  The pax then ran to the other goal post and back.

-The pax completed this entire circuit 3 times.
