-The pax paired up and did a dora. The pax moving would run to the playground and back while the other pax would do exercises. The exercises completed were 400 coupon curls and 200 bent over coupon rows.
-The pax did 20 yard partner lat pulls. One pax was standing while the other pax was laying face down behind them holding their ankles. The standing pax would take a step forward, and the laying down pax would then pull themselves forward by pulling on the other pax ankles. They would do this until they got to the next cone, which was about 20 yards. The pax then switched spots and went back to the starting line.
-The pax paired up and did a dora. The pax moving would carry the coupon overhead to the playground and back while the other pax would do exercises. The exercises completed were 200 coupon curls and 100 upright rows.
-Circle of Doom with coupon curls-Each pax would hold the coupon in a half coupon curl position and when it got around to them they would do a coupon curl and then resume holding the coupon in a half coupon curl position. The pax made it to 80 reps.

In reality, there is, perhaps, no one of our natural passions so hard to subdue as pride. Disguise it, struggle with it, beat it down, stifle it, mortify it as much as one pleases, it is still alive, and will every now and then peep out and show itself; you will see it, perhaps, often in this history; for, even if I could conceive that I had completely overcome it, I should probably be proud of my humility.
Pride is something that affects us all. If we are not humble and willing to accept the guidance and wisdom of others, we will only ever know what we know and will not grow.
