  • Intro/5-core principles
  • Warmup
    • Arm circles x15, upper body stretches, lower body stretches
    • Cherry pickers with a back clap x15
    • Mosey lap
    • Circle burp
  • The Thang
    • Pax performed a round of the following circuit OYO one time each followed by a mosey lap. Upon return, Pax completed a round of the circuit OYO with 2 reps each and then a mosey lap. This continued for the duration of the beatdown with Pax attempting to get as through as many circuits as possible

    • Pax who achieved the highest achieved circuit round: S’mores was on his 11th circuit
