Pre-Blast: First (prom) date Q tomorrow morning at Manhattan Park. Being fairly new I will probably struggle with getting F3 terminology right, but I can promise that, new or veteran, all will struggle with the workout and come out stronger. HC here, coupons required.

Side Step Hop – 20 on 4 count Various PAX graciously offered Q the correct term for this exercise

Slow Squats – 15? on 4 count

Q mercifully received coaching to lead PAX with ‘start in position move’  and call out ‘exercise’ to commence each move. 

Arm Circles – 8 on 4 count, flapjack

Back Extension – 10? on 4 count

Short Mosey around the parking lot to beginning of circuit, carrying coupon

The Thang

Partner up and complete the 10-station circuit, 1 minute per station, 10 seconds between each station

  1. Suicides (aka Cupcakes)
  2. Goblet Squats w/ Coupon
  3. American Hammer (Oblique Twists) w/ Coupon
  4. Slides and Obliques around the circuit course – slides along the long side, sprint the short side
  5. Coupon Swings
  6. Plank
  7. Manmaker Merkins (pulling Coupon across the ground under your chest in between Merkins)
  8. Jump Rope
  9. Coupon Curls
  10. Skull Crushers w/ Coupon

Repeat two times for a total of 3 cycles of the circuit. No capacity for Mary.
