We started with a partner exercise. Partner 1 would mosey to and from the tree line in the field. Partner 2 would bear crawl with coupons. Partners would meet up, complete 5 merkins and switch roles. The group had to bear crawl roughly 175-200 yards. The second partner exercise consisted of the same approach. Partner 1 would mosey to the tree line and back. Partner 2 would overhead carry the coupon. When the partners met up, they would complete 5 squats. They travelled around 400 yards, with the last 100 yards completed moseying and walking backwards.
Up next we completed 20 yards of brickyard man makers (Thanks Cadre Cleve!). It is an 8 count move: coupon clean, squat thruster and two lunge steps with the coupon overhead. We walked back to the starting point with the coupon overhead.
Lastly we completed an 8 min AMRAP exercise consisting of 30 jump over coupons, 20 high pulls and 10 overhead presses.
