Warm Up

Mosey Lap
Second Mosey Lap Switching between High Knees and Side Shuffles
SSH IC x15
Cherry Pickers with a BackClap IC x10
Squats IC x15

The THANG

The PAX moseyed over to the mural wall next to the stairs where YHC unvailed the ladder workout.

PAX were to complete an exercise for a certain number of reps –> Run to the bottom of the stairs –> 1 Burpee –> Run to a numbered landing –> Run back down to the bottom to perform 1 Burpee, then back to the mural for the next increase of reps.

Exercises reps were in the following order 5 Reps (1st Landing), 10 Reps, (2nd Landing), 15 Reps (3rd Landing), 20 Reps (4th Landing), 25 Reps (5th Landing).

The PAX completed the above sequence with Merkins, then YHC called an audible to flop the landing order on the next set for an actual ladder( 5-5, 10-4, 15-3, 20-2, 25,1). The PAX then completed the ladder with BBS. Most of the PAX made it through the last sequence of Squats.
