Warmup: Pax warmed up with a series of stretches, arm circles, and a mosey lap
The Thang: A series of three rounds of suicides with 9 cones spaced ~7 yards apart.
Round 1: Coupon curls x5 at the starting line followed by merkins at each cone in an incremental –> decremental fashion, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Coupon curls x5 were repeated each time pax returned to the starting line.
Round 2: Coupon tricep extensions x5 at the starting line followed by squats in a similar fashion as above.
Round 3: Kettle bell swings x5 at the starting line followed by burpees in a similar fashion as above.
Mary: Per standard anesthesia style, the beatdown concluded with a Mary of Pickle Pounders x15 and Pickle Pointers x15.
