Pax began with basic stretches, cherry pickers with a back-clap, and arm circles, followed by a mosey lap.
-1st and 10: cones marked every 10 yards (was probably closer to 7 yards–the parking lot was too small for 100). Pax began with 10 merkins+1 burpee at the 10 yd line, sprinted to the 100 yd line. Recovery jog to the 20 yd line followed by 9 merkins+2 burpees. Sprint to the 100 yd line, recovery jog to the 30 yd line, followed by 8 merkins+3burpees. This pattern continued until the last cone.
-Paired decremental suicides: A similar version of this was performed last Thursday at ideal park.
Round 1: 1st Pax began with coupon curls while 2nd Pax mosey’d to 10 yd line and performed 10 squats. Mosey back to AO, switch. 2nd Pax continued with coupon curls, 1st Pax mosey’d to 20 yd line and performed 9 squats. This pattern continued all the way to the 100yd line with 1 merkin.
Round 2: Similar format as above, except coupon tricep extensions at AO and merkins at the cones.
Round 3: Similar format as above, except coupon kettle bel swings at AO and BBS at the cones.
