The Thang: sprint to post, hold “warrior 1” for the 6, do 5 mountain climbers IC, do 5 merkins OYO then hold plank for the 6.

Sprint to the other post, hold “warrior 2″for the 6, do one-minute of OYO Jump Squats, do 5 calf-raises IC.

Sprint to first post, adding 5 to the previous number of Mountain Climbers & Merkins. Sprint back, add 5 more calf-raises. Continue to add 5 with each progression until time.
