Mosey to the bottom of the hidden hill, plank while YHC catches his breath, mosey to the top of the hill, plank for the six.
YHC set up cones along the road up to the top of the hill with various exercises listed on them. We used them for a ladders beatdown. We started at the top, ran down to the first cone and did the exercise, and then ran back to the top. Then we ran to the 2nd cone and did that exercise, then to the 1st, and back to the top, etc.
YHC recently tried to install a large deck umbrella but bought the wrong parts. That left me with 4 large plastic weights that were supposed to be the base of the umbrella. I filled two with sand and two with water. The water ones weigh about 40 lbs and the sand ones are about 50 lbs.
1st cone (top of the hill): 25 SSH (2ct), then carry the heavy plastic thing above your head while doing a lap around the parking lot.
2nd cone: 10 flutter kicks (4ct)
3rd cone: 20 merkins
4th cone: 30 squats
5th cone: 40 BBS
Once everyone finished, we walked to the bottom of the hill while picking up cones.
Then we moseyed halfway back and the fast pax switched to a lunge walk while the six caught up. Then we moseyed back to the AO.
