There were 9 Pax for the beatdown so I had each call out an exercise and count 11 reps:
Earlier this week Hoffa and I had a bet on who could get more Pax to post at their workout, with 100 burpees on the line. Due to the generally low turnout, Hoffa suggested that we should just do 100 burpees at The Zoo on Saturday. Unbeknownst to him at the time he suggested it, I was signed up for that Q so I told him I accepted his terms.
Starting at 7:09am: 2 Burpees EMOM for 50 minutes
Grab your coupons and bring them over to the building on the west side of the parking lot.
Pax completed the following routine:
4 stations around the building, each 5 reps: OH Press, Coupon Squat, Coupon BBS, Merkin
After completing your reps, sit the coupon down, run down the staircase, do one lunge each leg, run back up the stairs and down the other side, repeat lunge, return to coupon.
Carry your coupon to the next station by varying methods
EMOM 2 burpees was going on the whole time
With 20 minutes left in the workout YHC doubled all reps (except burpees) and changed the burpees to blockees. Go 2 more laps and then return to the AO.
