Warm-o-Rama
The PAX stated with light stretching, arm circles (10Ct) both ways, and squats (15ct) – SquatOber! Followed by a warm up mosey to both sides of the parking lot.
After we completed the exercises we did over head coupon carries to the starting point, if a PAX needed to lower the coupon or rest the group completed 1 Blockie.
The Thang
From our starting point we moseyed out to the first bridge (approx. .4M) and back, planking for the six at the bridge.
At our first trip to the bridge we completed:

- 11 Squats
Back to the starting point we completed:
- 21 Coupon Curls
- 11 Squats
Back to the bridge we completed:
- 21 Dips
- 11 Jump Squats
Back to the starting point we completed:
- 21 Overhead Coupon Presses
- 11 Squats
After we completed the exercises we did over head coupon carries back to the AO for CoT, completing a blockie if any PAX needed to drop the coupon.
