We ran a circuit with an arms station, a legs station, and a core station.
At the arms station we alternated between unbalanced coupon merkins x25 and pullups x25
At the legs station we alternated between bleacher step ups x25 and squats x25
At the core station we alternated between BBS x25 and LBC x25
We ran the circuit out-and-back, so we did the legs station twice as often as the others.
We completed four full circuits and about 2 miles of running.
We farmers carried the coupon in our right hand for a lap around the parking lot. Every time someone needed to set it down or readjust, we stopped for 30 seconds of planking. Then we did the same with our left hand.
