Today we completed a Tabata workout, with 45 seconds of work and a 15 second break. The exercises included SSH, Mountain Climbers, Coupon Curls, Tricep Extensions, Squats, Calf Raises, Flutter kicks, American Hammers, Back Rows and Lunges. We completed five rounds of the 10 exercises.
