The Thang
There was a four corner course set up. The sides were about 40 yards, and the ends were about 20 yards. The pax started by running 40 yards to the first cone and doing 1 of the first part of a burpee, which is basically a squat with a hand touch on the ground. They then side shuffled facing the same direction 20 yards to the next cone and did 1 burpee without the merkin at the bottom and without the jump at the top. They then back peddled 40 yards to the next cone and did 1 burpee without the jump at the top. They then side shuffled 20 yards to the final cone facing the same direction and did 1 burpee coupon jump over. The pax repeated this pattern adding one rep to the exercises each time around until the final round when they did 10 reps of each.
