The Thang
One Pax sprinted 80 yards down and back the field while the partner PAX did AMRAP exercises with their coupon, the exercises were:
Coupon Curls, Overhead Press, Kettlebell Swings, Blockeis
This continued for 11 minutes switching exercise after each sprint.
The PAX then changed partners and did forward and reverse murder bunnies 20 yards out and back, the other Pax did AMRAP Squats, then switched.
This continued for 20 minutes.
The PAX then switched partners again and completed 11 more minutes of the first round.
