Thang Part 1
One Pax on the 60lbs sandbag for 60 seconds doing the 60×60 (burpee with overhead throw AMRAP)
Remaining PAX completed an exercise set and counted reps for the 60×60 Pax. When the 60×60 Pax finished, all Pax moseyed around the parking lot. Every PAX cycled through the 60×60. Remember how many reps you did, there may be extra credit at the end.
Thang Part 2
Pax, including Guitar Hero who rocked a ruck and the 60lbs sandbag, rucked to both pavilions looking for dry benches or picnic tables for AMRAP Step-Ups. All benches were wet, all picnic tables were stored upright and locked up. PAX rucked back to parking lot, except for Guitar Hero who ran back with both his ruck and the 60lbs sandbag.
Pax then lunged around the parking lot, approximately 140 meters.
Thang Part 3
PAX ran the 60×60 circuit back, with each PAX completing 1 more 60×60 rep than their first set for time. 👏👏👏 to MAD COW for completing 12 reps in one minute on his first 60×60, and 13 reps in 56 seconds on his second 60×60.
