Mosey in a rectangle, high knees, kick butt, shuffle inside, down low, shuffle outside, down low, open the gate, close the gate, take off pants, sprint to each end 3 times.

Thang

99 merkins, 99 LBC, 99 coupon curls, 99 SSH, 99 Squats (w or w/o coupon), 99 stair steppers, 9 burpee/blockee. Once finished repeat.

Whilst doing the above exercises every 5 minutes partner sprint pulls (down and back each partner)

Icing:   LBC, hello-dolly, alternating partner merkin pyramid up to 10 then back down
