The Thang

We moseyed to the gate by the start of the long hill with the concrete bazooka – 4″ x 4′ PVC pipe filled with concrete (40-50 lbs). The instructions were given to run to the top of the hill, and the first pax would start doing a pair of exercises. The first exercises were merkins & squats. When the pax arrived at the top of the hill, he did 10x merkins and 10x squats, progressing to 9x & 9x and so on. Each pax joined him in the exercises at whatever point he was at when they arrived.

When the man with the bazooka finally arrived, all pax completed one more step on the ladder (i.e. 6x & 6x or wherever they were at), and a new pax carried the bazooka to the crest of the next hill. The pax picked up where they left off previously, (i.e. 5x & 5x) at each subsequent crest. This rotation continued until these two exercises were completed. Two new exercises were given (alternating shoulder taps & side lunges), and the pax W/R/R the process.

A change-up occurred on the last descent, where the pax crawl-beared down the hill (known as The Ralph) while rolling the bazooka in front of them.

After this brief audible, the pax moseyed back to the starting point of the AO stopping along the way to complete the shoulder taps & side lunges. We moseyed back into the parking lot at 0614 in time for the CoT.
