We did some leg stretching in the parking lot while waiting to see if Soft Spot was going to show.
SSH (4ct) IC x20
After Soft Spot’s fartsack was confirmed, the Q said follow me and led the pax out of the AO and down the Manhattan Rd hill.
We did 5 rounds of the following:
- 20 Squats
- 20 SSH
- 20 Merkins
- 20 BBS
- Run to the top of the hill and back down
Once 5 rounds were completed, the pax went for a run around the block. The total loop was approximately .75 miles
After the run there was time for some more exercises and trips up and down the hill.
