-Stretch to the toes-10 count
-Trunk twists
-Stretch arm over the head-left and right
-Standing groin stretch
-10 Slow merkins where the pax hold at the bottom of the merkin and go up when the Q says up
-10 Slow squats where the pax hold at the bottom of the squats and go up when the Q says up
The Thang
The pax did a series of movements followed by a challenge with the football and then an exercise. If the pax passed the challenge, then they chose the exercise that followed for everyone with a minimum requirement of 10 reps. If they didn’t pass the challenge then everyone did 10 burpees. I don’t really remember everything, but the exercises were as follows
- Mosey around the track
- Bear Crawl across the field
- Crab walk across the field
- Crawl Bear halfway across the field
- Mosey around the track
- Bear Crawl across the field
- Crab walk across the field
- Crawl Bear halfway across the field
- Mosey around the track
The Challenges were as follows but in now particular order, and I don’t remember who did which ones. The pax did most of these multiple times.
- Punt the ball a given distance
- Throw the ball over the goal posts from a given distance
- Catch a pass from a given distance
I don’t remember all of the exercises that the pax chose when they passed the challenge, but they were good ones.
