Capri lap

The Thang

YHC set up pain stations in a circuit across the parking lot.  The pax did a lap stopping at each pain station along the way.  Once a full lap was completed the pax ran a lap without stopping.  We started at 5 reps at each station and added five more each time through.

Each pax completed 5 total circuits

The stations were:

  • Squats
  • Unbalanced Coupon Merkins
  • Heels to Heaven
  • BBS
  • Unbalanced Coupon Merkins (again)
  • Lunges

In all, we did 50 each of squats, lunges, heels to heaven, and BBS, and 100 unbalanced coupon merkins.  Total running distance was just over 2 miles.
