The Pax moseyed to the church where they took part in Mucho Leg-O from 5! (Narrow squat, Regular squat, sumo squat, Bonnie Blair = 1rep)
The Pax moseyed to the basketball court where they took part in the Bear Crawl Ring O’ Fire. (the Pax went sideline to sideline bear crawl, held plank for the six then each completed ten merkins while the others held plank till all had completed their merkins)
The Pax moseyed back to the church where they completed 5 reps of Dan Taylors (1:4 ratio of squats to lunges, 1:4, 2:8, 3:12, 4:16, 5:20)
The Pax moseyed back to the basketball courts where they completed the ATM (Holding plank in between 15 4ct. Shoulder Taps, 10 Slow Tempo Merkins, 10 Regular Merkins)
