The Thang

We did a timed AMRAP workout with 5 minutes of running followed by 1 minute of an exercise.  We alternated between arms and core for the 1 minute sets.  We did 1 minute each of alternating coupon merkins, LBCs, curls, planking, overhead presses, and flutter kicks.  We ran for 30 mins total.
