The Thang
Our first 15 minute set was led by Hoffa. The pax were instructed to do Ralphies across the short side of the field, then do 20 alternating coupon merkins on the far side, do Ralphies back to the starting spot, and finish with 20 BBS. Rinse and repeat for 15 minutes.
Snoop took the next 15 minutes and led us in a game of memory. If a pax flipped over two matching tiles, we did the exercise. If not, we ran to the other set of times and tried again. Exercises included sprints, coupon lunges, overhead presses, SSHs, and burpees.
Chubbs took the next 15 minutes. He split the pax into two groups for the Bataan death march. We did this for 10 minutes and then finished with 5 minutes of the Bataan death crawl.
